It allows them to deny facts and post complete bullshit. They need to do this because the facts always show them to be wrong. All they do is say everything is untrue. Then they post an alternative reality. In their case that means a made-up reality. A Russian or rightwing bullshit reality. In the event the mainstream suggests something they like they’re all over it. See they say. It’s sad, it’s funny, it’s true. T Deep state describes dedicated, educated professionals.

But I think the better explanation is that Trump is too stupid to be a President. I've paid attention to the technical details of his business activities and he obviously is too stupid to run a large organization; his strength is in selling real estate to, or swindling, suckers with his hot air and his bullshit. Trump does not have the brains to patiently learn and understand the details of complex operations such as the Federal government or Atlantic City casinos. Trump convinces people who don't know that he knows what he is doing, but he doesn't.

Trump learned the tricks that make him popular from Roy Cohn, who was also popular. But Cohn was truly a smart and gifted (although very crooked) lawyer, while Trump is not a smart nor gifted executive in business or in government. Trump can't do the details of his job. Do Right, Be Right. :)You are under the incorrect impression that Presidents control the National Economy, Employment, and Stock Market. The control has always been with the top 1% wealthiest Americans. Trump, or any President, has far less control over your life than, for example, the richest people living in the same county as you do. Those people, if you bothered to understand what is going on in your state, have front doors that you can knock on, if you had the courage and the intelligence to figure out who they are. They won't tell you about themselves because they don't want you to bother them with your problems. Quote:For years, you could not afford to go to the dentist to take care of your teeth. Then you had to wait until this week or next, if I recall correctly, to have them extracted. That is my idea of a problem.
Quote:Trump is completely opposed to adding dentist visits to a system of health care for all Americans. You won't ever get it from him. The GOP Senators will make sure that the Federal government never adds that coverage, even after Trump retires or dies. Dental insurance will have to come from somebody else, not from the political system. Who else, if not the wealthy 1% who are really in charge of America, more than even the most powerful President imaginable?

Quote:An outdoor party is later held at the Bates estate, attended by prominent citizens who are supporters of a senator. They are unaware that members of the KKK are also in attendance. Jack's wife, Angela, tries to bring attention to this with her anti-Klan group, but Jack convinces her to let him and Eric handle the situation. He learns the true reason for the party is to get the KKK Grand Wizard and the senator together in a picture, which Bates would then use to blackmail the senator into passing tax cuts that would benefits the wealthy. Jack and Eric team up to disrupt the party, while Angela and her group cheer them on from a distance. Jack exposes Bates' intentions to the senator, who immediately leaves the party in disgust. Jack then embarrasses the Grand Wizard by causing him to fall into a giant bowl of chocolate fudge.
