Yes, it is pretty classic management stupidity. I'm also pretty sure that no one in the White House will take responsibility for the hiring freeze that made it impossible to replace guards that quit. Nor responsibility for not changing the budget so that new guards can be paid once they are hired. But, anyway, Epstein is still dead and nobody is taking the blame. According to the alt media, Epstein suffered "several" broken neck bones including a broken hyoid bone, which is typically associated with strangulation, not suicide by hanging.

I assume it takes more force to break the hyoid bone. You MIGHT generate that force by jumpging from a tall chair or ladder with a rope around your neck, and the sudden stop (after accelerating thru a fall) but ... Epstein supposedly hung himself from a the top bunk of a bunk bed, using a sheet that (according to inmates) aren't any stronger than paper. Just the idea of hanging yourself from a bunk bed ... seriously? It would be too easy just to STAND UP. You'd have to be pretty dedicated to let yourself suffocate to death with the floor within easy reach.

BTW, a GOOD hanging breaks the person's neck. They don't die of suffocation. That's why the hangman measures a peson's weight and calculates the length of rope. Too much rope, too much acceleration, and the person's head might just pop off and fly into the crowd. Too little, and the person trashes and gasps for a long time.

Yanno, that FIRST story about how he tried to kill himself and they found marks around his neck ... THAT seemed pretty bogus to me, too. What did he do- grab himself around the throat?

Most materials available to a prisoner are too weak and must therefore be bundled into a pretty thick rope ... too thik to leave distinct marks unless a lot of force is applied. Was pretty skeptical of the first report ... I would have appreciated some detail on how they thought that was even possible. Same thing with the autopsy.

The last day I went to his house was during the fall of my sophomore year. This time, when I was giving him the massage, he told me to take off my underwear and get on top of him. When I said no, he got more aggressive, held me tightly and raped me.

After that day, I never went back. I also quit the performing arts school — the one I had auditioned for and had wanted so badly to attend. It was too close to his house, the scene of so many crimes. I was too scared I would see him or his recruiter. So I transferred to another school in Queens close to my home. Remember Nixon?
