Might be, but who really knows when it comes to how judges will judge in the future.

So Trump has already put 2 on the Supreme Court, and during the next 5 years he'll likely appoint at least 1, possibly 3 more. That'll make it a majority of Trump-appointed judges!

The same thing is already happening at the Federal District and Appeals Court levels. In the coming years the phrase "a Trump-appointed judge" is going to become the new norm as new cases go to court. As Obama used to say, "Elections have consequences", and now libtards are being systematically "consequenced" out of the courts.
