It is pretty funny that this all went down like it did.

Especially funny that after the dust had settled that Trump letigimately sent out a tweet that, it could be argued, was even worse than the faked one.



I understand any backlash that Bremmer got after the fact from people on the left. Especially those who were embarassed online by being part of the virtue signalling outrage mob over a tweet that never happened.

I don't get Trump's problem with it though. It was a good troll. If it was meant to make Trump look bad, it certainly backfired.

I'm of the belief that even though Bremmer seems to pass himself off as your typical college professor Liberal type, he purposefully did this to give Trump some ammo.

When he was confronted on why he put this fake tweet out there he said “it’s a comment on the state of media and the twitterverse today.”




I say, good show Bremmer.




There is a LONG list of left wing news journalists, politicians and celebrities tweets about this fake tweet that were made before it was known it was a fake tweet.

This was the world before 1988, when Rush Limbaugh started to provide Equal Time, a Balance to the opposite ideology, which ruled all, infected all, corrupted all.
