What you missed out on, purposefully, is the part where he said they let you do it when you're that rich. Meaning, that he wasn't talking about doing anythign they weren't allowing him to do.

Notice that when they actually met up with the actress they were talking about that neither of them did any pussy grabbing and were nothing but polite to her.

Worst case scenario there is that he was an alpha male bragging about some bullshit that wasn't even true when it was just two men talking.
