I'm so sorry for the untimely wish. I hope that you and yours all had the kind of Thanksgiving that you would have hoped for.

Here in LA, we had the hottest T-day on record: 91 degrees. (Yesterday was even hotter.) We did the usual Thanksgiving tradition: We ate out.

As the family cook, I'm so thankful that I didn't have to!

Happy Thanksgiving.

I worked and slept. :)

I'm thankful to have what is seeming to be a pretty not bad job here. I've had far better, but I've also had far worse.

It's probably better that I didn't stuff my face with turkey and mashed potatoes and gravy anyhow. I stepped on the scale today and I was 163lbs. I don't think I've ever weighed that little since I was body building in my early 20's and worked my way up to 200lbs of pure beefcake. Gimme a month more of this work and I should put on a few lbs of muscle, shed about 10 lbs of fat, and be a steady 160 and rocking my six pack again for the first time in the last dozen or so years.

2017 has been an awesome year. I love saying that, even when it's not just to annoy people who claim it was the worst year ever.
