I don't even know if this 22 year old kid even knows what a Browncoat is.

Don't ask him if he is unless you are very clear what a Browncoat is before you ask him without loaded questions.

Or go at him with loaded questions and let him tear you to confetti.

One way or another, he should get an Honorary Browncoat even if he doesn't have a fucking clue what Firefly is. He was like 6 years old when Firefly was a thing.
