You're such an angry person. Your anger comes out in every thread you post in. Anything we can do, besides go fuck off? ____________________________________________ Russia trolls get contract extension http://www.fireflyfans.net/mthread.aspx?bid=18&tid=60719

I doubt most actors come from money. Your bias against them comes from your politics and therefore you are making dump assumptions. And even if they did. What would be wrong with them voicing their displeasure.

Even the stoned Zombie has his moments of clarity... No offence Jack. I've said from the beginning Trump is a superstar of stupidity.

He doesn't speak from a teleprompter. He doesn't have notes on his podium. He gets up there and speaks for 40 minutes or more from the heart. He also quotes a ton of facts that I wouldn't remember without using some serious Memory Games. Trust me, if his facts were wrong after he said them, you would have heard about them on CNN. He's 70 years old and sharp as a tack.

I'm glad Nathan only shows up briefly, and doesn't really say much objectionable. Kinda funny, actually. But I get it. Joss has worn his politics on his sleeve for ever. Which is why I think Firefly is so refreshing. He gives a great ' both sides have merit ' look at some issues. But he's far less of an ' independent ' in real life. I see Joss as more in line w/ the Alliance. Making us all... better.

Interesting observation ____________________________________________ I agree, Joss leans toward Alliance. My take that I posted on Firefly fan pages that claim no politics allowed; some folks agree, some don't: An Open Letter to Joss Whedon and Browncoat Fans: From the BDM SERENITY, Teacher- With all the social and medical advancements we can bring to the Independents, why would they fight so hard against us? River- We meddle. People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run don't walk we're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome. TEACHER (gently taking her stylus)- River, we're not telling people what to think. We're just trying to show them how. (She violently PLUNGES the stylus into the girl's forehead) Hey Joss, you are meddling. Joss has every right to whatever political opinion he chooses. But, just because he has the right to make a political ad disguised as a Public Service Announcement, doesn’t make it right. It is not a public service to call one candidate “a racist, abusive coward who could permanently damage the fabric of our society,” while conveniently omitting the glaring character flaws and criminally investigated actions of the other candidate. THAT is no longer a PSA, it is a commercial for one candidate based on slandering the other candidate. And Joss has committed 1 million dollars to his Political Action Committee. That money used to be MY money and YOUR money; money meant to reward the creator of something cool, and hopefully to create some more cool stuff. One million bucks would probably buy a pretty cool story set in the ‘verse, wouldn’t you say? I didn’t support Firefly with my money to be squandered in the service of a political hack, all of whom are already able to weasel more than enough funds to sustain their lives in the political arena. Just because this inflammatory political rubbish came from the creator of an Intellectual Property we are fans of, doesn’t make posting said inflammatory political rubbish any more correct than if a fellow fan posted it. And Joss, just because your political ad might be perceived as “clever” or “witty”, doesn’t guarantee it is any less fictional than your more celebrated works.
