Hillary's already capitulated, the DNC has backed down and restored Bernie's access to the data, and the company behind the data (run in part by DNC head Debbie Wasserman-Schultz's nephew) issued a statement clarifying that the Sanders campaign could not have exported and/or saved the data in question, because their software isn't set up that way. They also said it was a glitch in their software that left the data exposed.

Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders's campaign raised more than a million bucks in the wake of this so-called "scandal".
