I like this one better nice improvment. One bit of constructive criticism is i would maybe rotate the eye a bit to the left... it appears to be looking up a bit more than the rest of the face. You can see it if you cover the pictures eye with your finger and then mentally picture what you think the eye should look like then quickly move your finger. Just my opinion maybe still a good improvement keep it up :)

Thanks for the concrit. I did imagine him as tilting his head down while looking up. That was the direction I was taking the sketch, but it's not perfect.
