Here is screencap from last night's episode of "The Inside". People have pointed out the "Once More With Feeling" banner in the background, and the picture of Mal and Inara almost kissing on that banner, but lookee here! Adam Baldwin's head, covering the picture of Mal and turning ever so slightly towards the picture of Inara....... Coincidence, our beloved Tim filming at that precise angle?
