It looks like it's on the lower half of the ship, below the blue line that goes from engine to engine.

the bridge is on the line going from engine to engine inbetween two other lines the go to the top of the ship.

This was done in AutoDesk VIZ and it has been my drafting project for the entire school year (since like september) and I finally finished it. It was inspired by Serenity and it is a medium freighter/transport. Doesn't really have much to do the the firefly 'verse, I just thought people would like to see...
