Ooooh, okay. I didn't quite understand. This scene always made me sad, because it was the first moment that I realized that Joss Whedon could ruin my day. And that was sooo not cool. Book's death shook me up. And the final blow was this. You know, sucked and all that. But for a fresh (we're talking moist behind the ears) Browncoat, it was devastation.

I agree that it was devastating. I was a bit angry at Joss. Quite. But I get why now. Not happy, but placated. And definately glad there was nothing like this.

I felt no animosity towards joss for killing off Wash, any more than Book. he always made it abundantly clear that he didn't believe in happy endings, and, let's be real, he probably saw this as Firefly's last hurrah!

This is a prototype logo I am developing for one of my 'Firefly' related projects. I really would like to see what everyone else thinks of it. I was trying for a new-futuristic-oriental look, and I still havnen't quite figured out the perfect colour scheme for it; so if anyone could give me any kind words of advice, would be most apreciated (or even just to tell me the entire logo is 'yú bèn de').
