OK by dissuaded by normal intervention I mean...if you got a letter from her asking you to stop communicating with her you would ( that's normal intervention)and you note another part of that it is persists in UNWANTED attention. I think Summer really appreciates her fans. So that's not being a stalker. It's when someone keeps trying to force you to have a relationship with them even though you told them you don't want it and won't back off even with police intervention. Those guys are scary!!!
