Keep you chin held high! IMHO, you got an excellant judge,...she will not have any simpathy for that piece of go-se. She could change all agreed clauses, and really make him pay! As nervous as you may be about the proceedings FMF, it should only be because courtrooms are not your usual hang-out. The Piece of Go-se (POG) on the other hand is suffering the dread of delayed punishment, and the thought of having the transcripts become public record for you to email to all of his co-workers (because the version he's been giving them is no doubt not quite in keeping with official version)...
MSG - I'm in. But lets hold off until FMF gets all she has coming and the POG has suffered as much as possible. Death should be a release, not a sentence.
