Serenity script "leaked"? Includes a potential spoiler!!

Hi all! I was just checking the other recent thread on this forum and went to the imdb myself to check it out and the guy spoiled something else.

"A friend of mine read the script that leaked and told me a spoiler. He said that at the end of Serenity they save River from getting caught, but Joss leaves us with a cliff hanger of Simon being caught and the movie ending with him in the evil clutches of the government. Sounds like a cliff hanger they would need to resolve with another movie or a TV series ;-)."

Anyway, my question was, since he says he has a friend who read the "Leaked" script, is it true that the script actually got leaked? Does anyone have it on this forum?
