The description for it reads:
"(Universal Pictures 2005) This pistol was custom-made by the production for use by Nathan Fillion as "Mal". The pistol is made of hard rubber for used during stunts and features the details and finish to match its live firing counterpart. The pistol has minor wear from use and measures 15" in length."

Mal's gun is item 488. Also, a lot of other cool stuff I can't afford, including props from other Joss Whedon shows like: Angel, Buffy, and Dollhouse. And props made for use by Firefly/Serenity alum in their other shows. There's even a Starship Trooper's uniform in case anyone wants a reminder of the Alliance.

Everybody Dies Alone.

In all honesty I could never buy that and i'm not talking money wise. For me I believe that belongs in a exhibit or something not in some collector's Firefly collection. Even if I had the money I would never pay 5 grand for a rubber gun even if it was used in the film Serenity. I understand collecting Firefly stuff I have a huge shrine of Firefly stuff but to me paying 5 grand for a rubber gun is too much lol.

Now you can luxuriate in a nice jail cell, but if your hand touches metal I swear by my pretty floral bonnet I will end you.
