Here we go again!

The 7th Annual Browncoats' Backwoods Bash is a Charity Pitch-in Picnic, with proceeds from Auctions and swag sales benefitting Middle Way House, the local Women's Shelter. This year's swag will feature QMx products, plus many other surprises. If you have any Whedonverse related Items you'd like to donate for the sale/auction, they would be appreciated.
We'll be in the Sycamore Shelter this year, right across the street from a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery. The shelter has 3 rooms, so we'll have plenty of room for playing the Serenity RPG, the new Board Game (if someone volunteers to bring it!), a Dining and video room, and a space for "Shiny", our version of Bingo! There will be a sing-along of course, and a Costume Contest.

Bring your favorite food, 'Verse related or not. "Good Dogs" and Hamburgers will be provided. Bring whatever you think folks would like, and please post what it is in the comments section. -One of my nightmares is a dozen people bringing Strawberries!

Please note: A donation of $5 is requested but not required. We are asking this so that we can dedicate the money to funding Next years' Bash. If the donations exceed the amount we need, the excess donations will go to Middle Way House.

UPDATES:

1) We will have custom made Tee Shirts available for $15 each, with the profits going to Middleway House, the local women's shelter.

2) There is a possibility we will be screening a copy of Browncoats: Independence War.

3) We will be having the sing-along again this year, provided the guitar player remembers his guitar! :)
