Missing Angel Transcripts???

So Angel was cut short right? So can we assume there are transcripts for those unaired episodes somewhere, or is that just an idea better left undead. I mean I'm quite satisfied with how Joss ended the show, but that What If question is so haunting.

I've not come across any yet but there is one from season one that never got made into production (too dark for the WB and certain elements from it were incorporated into other episodes).
