America loves a winner!

Hopefully I can convert 1 or 2 more to the cause. A friend of mine is a major Buffy/Angel fan, but never got to watchin Firefly. She said she tried to watch one episode,( it might have been The Train Job - thanks Fox for showing the episodes out of order , morons.) but that it was hard to follow , not knowing the plot. the characters or anything. How many times did we hear THAT story ? Folks who watched the Train job w/ out having a clue of what was going on? Great episode, but honestly... just start w/ the gorram pilot and things would have been a whole lot better.

I'm just glad I got that 2nd DVD set. I really like that idea of getting 2 sets so I can loan out 1 and not have to worry too much about it wandering off or if something unseemly should happen to one of the disc.

" They don't like it when you shoot at 'em. Worked that out myself. "

Well I'm a big Buffy/Angel fan and I've only seen "The Train Job" episode of Firefly so far.

(Live in the UK and don't have scifi)

The dvd is ordered because I've seen that episode - I just can't wait for it to arrive

then i hope you will get to the rest of them soon. train job wasnt bad, but in my opinion not one of the best either.

It's more than enough to convince me ;)

Getting the R2 disk, so I have to wait til the middle of April, but anticipation's fun

Experience has taught me that interest begets expectation, and expectation begets disappointment, so the key to avoiding disappointment is to avoid interest. A=B=C=A, or whatever

*lol* another show waiting for its comeback. seeing the pilot of wonderfalls had a strange resemblence to the pilot of this show.. after seeing the people involved its not much of a surprise. and even that "whatever" is there again ,-)
