No, but I have a freaking awesome recipe for diary free non-cheesecake that I'm pretty sure doesn't have gluten in the filling. Though I'm not sure, can you make or buy a crumble crust without gluten in it?

I could look around though.

I would look at vegan cookbooks for such things. A friend of mine has one called 'Sweet Gratitude' that has some wonderful cakes and cookies and cheesecakes and ice cream, all free of dairy because they're vegan, and no traditional flour or anything because the recipes are also all 'raw' food. It's mostly nut 'flour' for the crust, date paste, irish moss, cocao, and agave syrup or similar (though I've found that can be omitted and still render a rather tasty treat) oh and nut milk. Some of it is amazing, with none of that starchy badness that can give the tummy aches.
If you're feeling more lazy you might check your local health food stores for dairy-free frozen desserts. Good Karma is a particularly tasty brand.
I have never heard of wasabi ice cream.

ooh I'd luv that cheese cake recipe. I've made a number of gluten free crumble bases for slices etc. damn I miss butter though. I have to use a substitute, it's just not the same.

I would concur with RiverDancer, I've actually seen a number of "cook"books for vegan ice cream recipes. I actually saw one at Barnes and Nobles recently that was nothing BUT vegan ice cream recipes. I don't eat ice cream much, so I didn't buy it, but I think Barnes and Nobles stores across the country all have a similar stock.

I'll go get my non-cheesecake recipe, type it up here in a little while. It makes the richest, non-creamiest non-cheesecake I've ever had, and that's compared to real New York-style cheesecake too.

Pass the Ben and Jerry's please.

No offense to my fellow Browncoats who happen to be Vegan but unless it's got some form of dairy in it, it ain't ice cream.

My $0.02.

Of course I live in a very rural state (and the home of the aforementioned Ben and Jerry's)
