Yeah it's interesting because as that article stated, Buffy rarely did these kinds of things without a resolution... Now I know the whole insect-bug-woman thing isn't regarded as one Buffy's stronger episodes but you would have thought Joss and Co capable of rounding off that plot line in one of the many apocalyptic episodes that occured.

Even a quick shot of the bugs in Sunnydale High's basement as the school blew up at the end of season three would have done it.... Oh Well. Not to be I guess.

Hmmm...I did notice that too. Though with all the evil in Sunnydale it's possible they got killed before they hatched or tht Buffy just never ran into them (since they could look like humans).
