Buying Firefly on Amazon

I have the Firefly DVD's, Serenity, and Serenity collector's edition. I just bought an iPod touch and want to get the show and movie on the iPod. There isn't a way to do that legally so I am going to buy them. When I look at the one in iTunes all the shows are way out of order. They have them labled by the day they aired. I want to get them in the same order as they are on the DVD. Amazon has them in the correct order however I have looked EVERYWHERE on Amazon and can't find anything that says if I buy it with them will I be able to put it on the iPod. Does anyone know where I can get it in the right order and put it on the iPod?

I don't have an ipod but I bought the itunes downloads. I re-ordered the episodes in the play list. I'm thinking you could do that before exporting to the pod? Not sure really.
