you know that scene in the simpsons ep where lisa who had just become a vegitarian gets rid of the tasty dead pig homer had been cooking,and as homer is desperatly chasing after it he keeps saying-"it's still good...it's still good" until finally after being launched into the air(when pigs fly)bart gently says to his father-"it's gone" in which homer replies softly-"i know"--thats how i feel about the cancelation of angel,and while i continue to fight(petitions,postcards,ect)i do feel a little desperate-that being said what im about to say i know that this wont happen EVER but in desperate times desperate thoughts enter the mind.
to UPN-renew enterprise and pick up angel,BUT let the show's producers know that this is it, even if ratings shoot up.give some speech to the hollywood press saying we respect original ideas,the fans blah blah blah,total pr.will this happen?i'm betting on a big fat no,but hey i thought id let another one of my cooky ideas onto the internet highway........keep flying!
