Is the guy who played David in T:TSCC tonight, the same guy who played the policeman who tried to arrest Simon, shot Kaylee (and got shot in the eye) in Serenity, the 2 hour TV episode?

He's one of Joss' "hat trick" actors, having appeared in episodes of Buffy, Angel and Firefly.
