No, not the feature film...the recent animated DVD release.

Anyone else watch it? I was a little put off at first at the anime style, but it sorta grew on me. I guess I'm just too used to the other Animated Series styles.

I thought that apart from the first story, it was brilliant. It was operatic and cool, which is what separates Batman from the other superheroes. He's not some gimp in tights. I cannot wait for the Dark Knight.

LWAVES

I never really watched the other animated Batman series. Saw odd ones now and again.

And I liked this, even the first story, although it was the weakest of the bunch. But I thought it portrayed kids in a correct way, giving their own embellishments to the 'real' story.
The links to Batman Begins was nice and even the different animated styles didn't detract, although it helped to have the same voices throughout.

Recommended if you're a fan of either Batman or animation.
