Okay, so we've all read and watched interviews of the actors who still want firefly back, but has Joss Whedon said anything about the return of firefly/serenity? I mean, he's the Big cheese, the boss, etc. If he says there will be more firefly, I'll believe that 100%. Alas, I can't seem to find any information on his oppinion. Am i just blind? Has anyone else heard/read/watched anything?

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

Joss has said many times that he would love to do more Firefly, but he can't afford to produce it himself. No one has offered to foot the bill, so he's had to use comics as a way to tell more stories in the 'verse. He has never said there will not be more episodes or another movie, just that it is not happening at this time.
