Peter Woodward – Media Guest – Babylon 5 Crusade

Best known to sci-fi fans as the Technomage Galen in the Babylon 5 spin off series ‘Crusade’, he has recently revisited the character in an al new movie out this year called ‘Babylon 5: The Lost Tales. Peter has also been seen in Stargate Atlantis as ‘Otho’ and Charmed as the main villain ‘The Source’. He will also be appearing in the upcoming film ‘National Treasure 2 – The Book of Secrets.
Peter is an accomplished writer and is currently working on a number of projects.

David Wohl – Comic Guest – Co-Creator Witchblade & Darkness

David Wohl began his creative career as a high school intern at Marvel Comics. After spending a year making copies and getting coffee for the editorial staff, Mr. Wohl climbed through the ranks, working as an assistant editor on titles ranging from Spider-Man to the X-Men where he was soon promoted to Managing Editor. In 1993, Mr. Wohl left Marvel to become Editor-in-Chief and Executive Vice President of Top Cow Productions, eventually becoming President in 1999. While at Top Cow, Mr. Wohl was instrumental in the company's success, co-creating and writing such comic book franchises as Darkness, Witchblade, and Aphrodite IX. Mr. Wohl also played a major role in the partnership and development of these properties into film and television projects, in conjunction with companies such as Warner Brothers, Miramax, MGM, and Fox.
He worked as a producer on the"Witchblade" television series that aired on TNT for two seasons.Several episodes of the series were based on Mr. Wohl's original story ideas. In 2001, David stepped down as President to spend full time concentrating on the various creative opportunities within the comic, film/tv and videogame industries.
David is currently the Editor in Chief of Spacedog Entertainment, where he oversees the creative direction of all of Spacedog's comic properties. And when he has the time, he's also a freelance writer on Top Cow's "Darkness"
and "Witchblade" titles, among others. David currently resides in Torrance, CA, with his wife Jane, his sons Jonathan and Benjamin, as well as his cats Moosie and Binx. And he still gets coffee and makes copies whenever he gets the chance.
David will be attending the Armageddon event, hosting a master class as well as doing portfolio reviews for Top Cow comics

Andrea Romano – Animation Voice Director – Justice League

Famous for her work on various Warner Brothers shows as voice director as well as casting direction. Latest work includes The Batman, Superman: Doomsday, The New Frontier, Spongebob Squarepants, Avatar and The Boondocks, additional Series and Films that Andrea has worked in the past also include Static Shock, Teen Titans, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman, Baldo, the Zeta Project, Animaniacs, Batman Beyond, Superman, Batman Animated and many more.
Andrea will be signing FREE collector cards along with Bruce Timm as well as hosting Master classes on voice direction within the American industry.

Bruce Timm – Animation Legend – Justice League

Timm's early career in animation includes work on the layout of Blackstar, Flash Gordon, He-Man & The Masters of the Universe, and The Lone Ranger (Timm also did background work on GI Joe).
Joining Warner Brothers in 1989, Timm worked on Tiny Toon Adventures. However, he is best known for his subsequent work on the animated series based on various DC Comics superheroes, popularly referred to as the "DCAU"(DC Animated Universe), Timm co-created and produced Batman: The Animated Series, and went on to co-create and produce Superman: The Animated Series), The New Batman Adventures, and Batman Beyond. He also served as producer on the feature-length Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker before taking the helm as creator and producer of the animated version of Justice League. This series continued in the form of Justice League Unlimited. Timm was also the executive producer of the Teen Titans animated series. Although he shared character designer duties on Superman: The Animated Series and Justice League with James Tucker, Timm did virtually all the original character designs for Batman: The Animated Series himself (with the exceptions of Mr. Freeze, who was designed by Mike Mignola and the characters Man Bat & the Mad Hatter, who were design by Kevin Nowlan).
While Bruce Timm is known primarily for his work in animation, his first ambition was to become a comic-book artist. Although this dream did not materialize, (leading him to a life in animation) Timm nevertheless produced several popular one-shots and miniseries (mostly for DC Comics).
In 1994, Timm and writer Paul Dini won the Eisner Award for Best Single Story for Batman Adventures: Mad Love. Timm won the same prize the next year as well, for Batman Adventures Holiday Special, (a one-shot with several Christmas-themed stories) with Dini, Ronnie del Carmen and others. Later, Timm was involved with Batman Adventures and has also worked on Avengers and Vampirella. He is also a popular cover and pin-up artist.
Bruce Timm co- created Harley Quinn, (with writer Paul Dini) working from Dini's original design. Harley's popularity on television led to her inclusion in the mainstream DC Universe. In 2004, Timm and Dini (assisted by Shane Glines as inker) released a three-issue Harley and Ivy miniseries, which was in the works for years.

Jimmy Palmiotti – International Comic Writer and Artist - Countdown

Currently writing in series Countdown and Jonah Hex, as well as the upcoming Terra Miniseries
James "Jimmy" Palmiotti is writer and artist of various comics, games and film. He has extensive inking and writing credits and has often inked the work of his friend and collaborator Joe Quesada, notably on Ash (which they co-created, along with Painkiller Jane) and Daredevil (esp. the 'Guardian Devil' arc penned by Kevin Smith). He also worked for Dark Horse Comics, as the inker during the Doug Mahnke run on X. His most recent inking credit was on the current series of Manhunter and Secret Six.
As a writer Palmiotti is known for Hawkman, Superboy, Deadpool, Punisher, Heroes for Hire and The Monolith for DC Comics, as well as 21 Down and The Twilight Experiment for their Wildstorm imprint (often in tandem with fellow writer Justin Gray).. He has also recently penned Supergirl #12, the Uncle Sam and the Freedom Fighters miniseries and an upcoming Superman Confidential arc. Currently, Palmiotti, along with Gray, are writing the monthly, Jonah Hex, for DC. Palmiotti and Gray have also been announced as being part of the writing team for DC Comics's Countdown (DC Comics).
He is currently working on the Painkiller Jane series for the Sci-Fi Channel starring Kristanna Loken. He will be writing and directing as well in this show.

Amanda Connor – International Comic Artist - Terra

Currently working on the DC comics Terra Miniseries, Conner began illustrating small projects for Marvel Comics (including a story starring the second Yellowjacket story in Solo Avengers #12, Nov. 1988), Last Gasp (Strip AIDS U.S.A. in 1988), and Archie Comics (stories for Archie and Bayou Billy in 1989-90.
In the 1990s, she drew such series as Soulsearchers and Company for Claypool Comics, and Excalibur and writer Steve Gerber's one-shot Suburban Jersey Ninja She-Devils for Marvel. For Harris Comics' Vampirella, also known as Vampirella Monthly, Conner drafted 24 issues, collaborating with writers Grant Morrison, Mark Millar, and Warren Ellis. In a similar vein, she illustrated the intercompany crossover Painkiller Jane vs. The Darkness (Event Comics / Top Cow) and went on to work on Painkiller Jane #0 (the origin story). She also wrote and illustrated a story for "Kid Death and Fluffy, and penciled stories for Topps Comics.
Other comic-book credits include Lois Lane, Codename: Knockout, and Birds of Prey for DC Comics; X-Men Unlimited for Marvel; Gatecrasher, which she co-created for BlackBull Comics; and The Pro, a creator-owned book for Image Comics with Palmiotti and Garth Ennis. In 2005, she illustrated the origin of Power Girl in JSA Classified #1-4. Conner did modeling/art reference work for the Marvel miniseries Elektra: Assassin in the 1980s, and for artist Joe Jusko's Punisher / Painkiller Jane in 2000.

Gail Simone – International Comic Writer – Wonder Woman

Current writer on Wonder Woman (commencing shortly) and Gen 13
She is the former writer of DC's Birds of Prey series and Welcome to Tranquility. Simone is also the writer of DC's 2005 Villains United limited series (part of the lead-in to Infinite Crisis), and its spin-off, the limited series Secret Six. Other work by Simone includes a run on the Superman title Action Comics, a brief stint on The Legion, and a Rose and Thorn limited series at DC Comics. For Oni Press, Simone wrote Killer Princesses with co-creator and artist Lea Hernandez, Gus Beezer specials for Marvel Comics, and a recently-announced revival of Gen¹³ for Wildstorm.
Simone has gained a reputation for being a gifted comedy-action writer, especially showcased in her mainstream work on Deadpool and Birds of Prey.

Jay Laga'aia – Star Wars Episode 2 & 3, Xena
Jay Laga'aia is known for his role as Captain Typho in the recent Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. He was also on Xena: Warrior Princess playing the role of Draco.
Laga'aia was a regular in Australian television shows Water Rats, Play School, Surprise Surprise (on the Nine Network), and a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother in 2002. He is also known for his stage productions such as The Lion King.

Jane Badler – V & Mission Impossible
Jane Badler (b. December 31, 1953 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American actress. She is well known for her role as the evil "Visitor" leader, Diana, in the 1983 NBC hit mini series V, its 1984 sequel V: The Final Battle and in V: The Series from 1984 to 1985. She is also known for her role as agent "Shannon Reed" in the 1980s revival of the Mission: Impossible series.
Her first television role was on the soap opera One Life to Live as Melinda Cramer Janssen from 1977 to 1981, and she returned in 1983. Badler also starred on the The Doctors.
Jane Badler's other TV roles included Falcon Crest as Meredith Braxton from 1986 to 1987. Her guest appearances included Riptide, Hotel and Fantasy Island.
In 1988, she played Ms. Tania Winthrop in the action-adventure series The Highwayman. Later in 1988, she traveled to Australia to film episodes of the 1988 Mission: Impossible remake for its second and last season, from 1989 to 1990. After the series ended, Badler moved to Australia and married businessman Stephen Hains. They have two sons, Sam and Harry.
Her later Australian television roles included Cluedo (the British and Australian name of the board game known as Clue in the United States). She also had a guest starring role in Snowy River: The McGregor Saga.
In recent years she has forged a career in cabaret and on the stage in archy and mehitabel, The Great Gatsby, The Singing Forest, Big Hair in America and two one-woman shows Shakin' the Blues Away and The Love Goddess: Rita Hayworth.

Nicola Scott – International Comic Artist – Birds of Prey

Nicola is currently working for DC Comics on "Birds of Prey".
Nicola grew up in Sydney, Australia, on an unhealthy diet of 70's American TV where her fetish for people in shiny outfits with amazing powers germinated. Coming from an artistic family, there was rarely a time when she didn't have a pencil or paint brush in her hand, and was always encouraged to use them.
After a couple of mini careers modelling, acting and costume designing, she moved into the comic book industry in 2002 with work for Australian publisher, Phosphorescent Comics. She then spent a couple of years living in New York City, chasing "the dream." Nicola has had work published by Dark Horse, Top Cow, Image and IDW.

Adam West – Media Guest - 1960’s BATMAN & Family Guy

Best known as Bruce Wayne and Batman in the 1960’s tv series (and feature film) BATMAN, Adam west is a film Icon who has also appeared in various TV and Movies.
More recently Adam West has built a career doing voice-over work on a number of animated series, including appearances on The Simpsons, The Boondocks, Histeria!, Kim Possible, and Johnny Bravo. He also appeared in five episodes of Nickelodeon's cartoon, The Fairly Odd Parents, as a cat-obsessed version of himself who is famous for playing a superhero called Catman, and who actually believes he is Catman.
Since 2000, West has made semi-regular appearances on the animated series Family Guy, on which he plays Mayor Adam West, a parody of West himself, the lunatic mayor of fictional Quahog, Rhode Island. His latest voice-over performance was playing the role of Uncle Art in the Disney film Meet the Robinsons.

Julie Newmar – Media Guest - 1960’s CATWOMAN
Best known as the Catwoman in the 1960’s Series BATMAN, Julie Newmar first major role, billed as "Julie Newmeyer", was as one of the brides in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (1954). Newmar also appeared on Broadway in the non-musical 1961 play, The Marriage-Go-Round, which starred Claudette Colbert. Newmar re-developed the stock character role of the sexy Swedish vixen and won a Tony Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Newmar starred as the sexy 'Rhoda the Robot' in the short-lived cult TV series My Living Doll. She is best known for her 13-episode recurring role on the 1960s TV series Batman as the villainous Catwoman (portrayed in the related 1966 feature film by Lee Meriwether and in the series' final season by Eartha Kitt). In 1967, she guest starred as April Conquest in an episode of The Monkees and as a pregnant princess named Eleen in the Star Trek episode "Friday's Child." She appeared on stage with the late Anthony Newley in a national tour of Stop the World - I Want to Get Off, and as "Lola" in Damn Yankees!. She also guest-starred on such iconic 60s TV shows as The Twilight Zone, F-Troop, The Beverly Hillbillies and Get Smart.
In the 1980s and early 1990s, Newmar appeared in several films. She guest-starred on TV shows including The Love Boat, Hart to Hart, CHiPs, Fantasy Island, and Melrose Place.

Ray Park – Media Guest – Darth Maul & the Toad

Best known for his role as Darth Maul in Star Wars Episode One as well as the Toad in the first X-men film.
Ray Park was born in the Southern General Hospital in Glasgow, Scotland, and lived in Govan, Glasgow until moving to London at the age of seven. It was at this age that he started training in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, also known as Chin Woo Kung Fu. Seven years later he would also start training in wushu and gymnastics. He has since earned his 2nd degree black belt in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. He has competed many times in martial arts competitions and brought home many awards for them including, at the age of 16, Great Britain's Martial Arts National Championship for his group. He competed as part of the British wushu team at the 1993 World Wushu Games in Malaysia.
He began working in movies as a stunt double for the movie Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, doing the stunts for both Robin Shou (who played Liu Kang) and James Remar (who played Raiden). Park also did some cameos as monsters, including Baraka the Tarkata. All of these were non-speaking roles.
In addition to this acting work, he has also been Christopher Walken's stunt double for the movie Sleepy Hollow. Walken's role was the Headless Horseman, and Park did the mimics in the scenes where the Horseman appears without his head.
Prominate in promotion and publicity for the first of the new Star Wars films, Ray’s portrayal as the new Sith lord Darth Maul is remembered as one of the highlights of the film, particularly his three way battle with THE Jedi’s at the close of the film, In X-Men in the part of Toad, Park's Toad was not very similar to the Toad in the X-Men comic books, but nevertheless he caught the public's eye. In one scene of this film, after sending Storm down an elevator shaft, he picks up a length of pipe and swings it around in much the same way he swung his dual-bladed lightsaber as Darth Maul, a signature wushu movement.
Along other comic book lines, Ray worked with comic book creator-turned-film-maker Kevin VanHook in the movie, Slayer starring in the dual roles of acrobatic twin vampires. This film also saw him appearing again with Sleepy Hollow co-star Casper Van Dien.

Matt Wood – Media Guest – General Grievous

Matthew Wood is an employee of Skywalker Sound. For the last 15 years, he has worked on numerous film projects, his work being credited as sound editing and sound design. He has been an innovative force within the industry, pioneering new technologies for motion picture sound. He has also worked as an actor, providing the voice of General Grievous in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

Chris Rankin – Media Guest – Percy Weasly in Harry Potter Films

Best known as the eldest Weasly boy, Percy in the Harry Potter Films and will be seen in the upcoming HP film ‘Order of the Phoenix’
Chris Rankin was born on 8th November 1983 in Auckland, New Zealand, where he lived with his parents until he was 6 years old. They then moved back to Chris’ now native England. He found his love for acting at the age of 11, at Northgate High School in Norfolk after auditioning for, and being cast as “dead body” (and chorus) in “Bugsy Malone”. The same year he also played Edmund in “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe”.
Over the next 10 years, Chris continued to work with Northgate High School and Dereham Operatic Society Youth Theatre Company on their musicals and plays. In August 2000, he auditioned for and landed the role of Percy Weasley in the “Harry Potter: movie series, which was the beginning of his professional on-camera acting career. He appears in “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s (Sorcerer’s) Stone”, “Chamber of Secrets”, “Prisoner of Azkaban”, and this summer’s upcoming “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”.
On television, Chris played Waring in the BBC adaptation of Jonathan Coe’s “The Rotter’s Club”, for FIVE and Empire Media; Henry Evelyn Wood in “Victoria Cross Heroes”, and has appeared on a number of TV shows as himself, including Hell’s Kitchen, Smile, SM:TV, CD:UK, Blue Peter, Newsround and Ministry of Mayhem. On stage Chris has played lead roles in various productions; from ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ to Ibsen’s ‘Hedda Gabler’; from Pantomime to Oscar Wilde.

Billy West – Animation Guest – Futurama and More

Best known for his lead voice on Futurama as Philip J Fry. Billy West has been in television since the late 1980s. His first role was for the 1988 revived version of Beany and Cecil. West's first two high-profile roles came almost simultaneously: Doug and Ren & Stimpy, which were two of the first original three Nicktoons (the other being Rugrats). West provided the voice of Stimpy in Nickelodeon's The Ren and Stimpy Show from 1991 until 1996, and he provided the voice of Ren from 1993-1996.
Billy West's roles in Futurama include Philip J. Fry, Professor Hubert Farnsworth, Dr. Zoidberg and Zapp Brannigan, as well as various other incidental characters.
Futurama has just been renewed by Comedy Central for at least 13 new episodes broken into four direct-to-video movies, the first of which is Futurama: Bender's Big Score. West is confirmed to reprise his original roles.
Perhaps West's most memorable film work came in the 1996 movie Space Jam. Starring along side Michael Jordan, West provided the voice of both Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd. West reprised the roles of Bugs and Fudd in subsequent Looney Tunes feature-length films and even returned as Fudd in the theatrically-released Looney Tunes: Back in Action. In 1998, West starred in the direct-to-video film Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island as Shaggy, becoming the second person to portray the character (the first being Casey Kasem).
2004 saw West encounter two interesting milestones; voicing the classic character Popeye in the 75th anniversary film Popeye's Voyage: The Quest for Pappy and making his live-action film debut in Mark Hamill's Comic Book: The Movie.

Neil Kaplan – Animation Guest – Optimus Prime

He has since been doing cartoon and video game wok on a more regular basis since 1995.
Mostly known for his work in DIGIMON: Digital Monsters, as Hawkmon and his various forms, Neil also voiced the evil Diaboloco on Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue. His favorite role was the "utility guy" on a show called The Mouse and the Monster, aired on UPN back in 1996/1997. He played stomachs, ghosts, and Sappy the Clown among dozens of other characters. He played a variety of characters in every show, so every week was different showing his wide range.
Neil more recently played the lead on the new Transformers: Robots In Disguise television show, that being the heroic Optimus Prime. As the lead in a show popular with young and old viewers alike for one of Hasbro Inc. most successful properties, Neil came through and was met with nothing but praise.
Currently, Neil continues to do more voice acting work for video games, television and movie animation, and is getting back into old fashion live performance on several levels. Stay tuned!

Richard Horvitz – Animation Guest – Invader Zim & Billy

Well known for his lead voices as Billy in ‘The Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy’ and Zim in ‘Invader Zim’ and Daggett in ‘the Angry Beavers’
Horvitz's film career began in 1976 with a Freshen Up Gum commercial, which led to other commercial apprearences as well as several hand modeling jobs. After a brief stint in an off-Broadway production of Oliver!, he went on to make appearances on TV shows such as Kids Incorporated and Safe at Home and movies such as Summer School. He also starred as Howie for two seasons on the 1988 syndicated television sitcom The Munsters Today which lasted three years until 1991. Howie was best friend of Marilyn Munster played by actress Hilary Van Dyke.
Starting in 1993, he changed the focus of his career to voice acting, starting with voice of Alpha 5 on the live-action series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. From here, he expanded into several other regular voice roles on such shows as The Angry Beavers (Daggett), Invader Zim (Zim), Kim Possible, Dave the Barbarian (Ned Frischman), Zatch Bell! (Kanchomé), and currently the Show The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy (Billy, Billy's dad), Ben 10 (Grey Matter) Squirrel Boy (Rodney) and Shorty McShorts' Shorts as Dudley.
He most recently guest starred on Disney Channel's That's So Raven as Teddy, an on/off boyfriend of fictional fashion designer Donna Cabonna.
He also had a minor part as a grocer that Sophie buys potatoes from in Howl's Moving Castle.

Rino Romano – Animation Guest – The Batman & Sailor Moon

Best known for his lead role as Bruce Wayne and Batman in the current animated series of ‘The Batman’ as well as voicing Darien in the original series of Sailor Moon’
He also voiced the character Alexander Munro in the Star Trek Elite Force series and as Luis Sera, a prominent character in Resident Evil 4. Less known is his role as Rikimaru in the Tenchu series and Spider-Man for the PlayStation Spider-Man games and the Spider-Man Unlimited TV series, Juan "Johnny" Rico in Roughnecks: The Starship Troopers Chronicles, and Eduardo Rivera in Extreme Ghostbusters. He was also the voice of James Rutland in the 2006 game Tomb Raider: Legend. Some Star Wars fans know him for his role as Kyle Katarn in the 1998 Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II expansion pack, Mysteries of the Sith, in which he took over the part from actor Jason Court, and also for his small role as Darth Revan in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
