Evidently, Universal isn't Advertising the Serenity Collector's Edition over on the Universal HD Channel. This despite the fact that they're running Firefly as a Series on Saturday Nights. On August 10th, Sci/Fi Channel ran an eight-hour Marathon of Firefly. Universal didn't show any Ads for the BDCE then, either. Now, it's always possible that they're waiting until August 21st, when the CE is released. But I'm sure you all agree that this is a mistake on their part.

So... let's politlely ask them to start Advertising now; To help us with the Marketing. It can't hurt to ask (say please; they like it when you say please), and might very well help. It would show them that our Interest is still high, as well as our willingness to help them.

The address is http://www.universalstudios.com/homepage/html/contact_us/ , then go to either "Marketing" or "DVD".

A big Thank You to everyone who decides to help with this.

I submitted a polite question/comment through their website. But link above didn't work.
I had to go through their homepage and first "ACCEPT" their terms of submission on this page:

Perhaps everyone will need to do the same. ??

Under which category did you submit your request? I went to Marketing. They also had an Entertainment/DVD section too.

Thanks... I was able to go directly to the DVD address with the link I posted, but probably because I've been there before. The

http://www.universalstudios.com/homepage/html/contact_us/

Is definitely the way to go, then use either the Marketing or DVD contact addresses.

Appreciate your help in straightening that out! I've changed the original post to reflect your info.
