I read something like it awhile ago, back when I first created my nick. I'm not sure how new THIS message is, but it makes sense. I wonder if something prompted it. I visit this site regularly and haven't seen anything out of line.

'Course, we all seem pretty tight here. A little Browncoated family, so to speak. So I don't know who would be flaming who. Unless it was an outsider, in which case they probably wouldn't care what the blue message said.

Thank you, that makes sense to me. By the way, have you spoken to any of the fanfic writers like DessertDragon? Any idea of when the Violent Heart series will be updated? There are a few other fanfic writers whom haven't updated their fics but at this time, I cannot remember their names.

No, I haven't. Everyone who I know I either speak with here or at #firefly, and none of them left any fanfics in the air, that I know of. You could send a message to them directly via this site.

As I write this, I notice a white disclaimer at the top of the page: "While we have an open policy concerning messages, please be civil when responding to others."

I think they were always there, but after I saw them the first time I never paid attention to them again because it wasn't something that put a kink in my plans. I'm not generally rude, unless it's concerning fox. (Hey, fox, this is for cancelling Firefly!

Likes to mess with stuffs.

It's old. That disclaimer has always been there. I think most of us--myself included--just subconciously blocks it out.

FWIW, I try to keep this site as open as possible and just let the community manage itself. So far it has worked out really well.
