I've gotta go with Serenity. 'Going for a ride' comes in a close second, though.

Serenity is my favorite too. Just listening to it while actually seeing Serenity on the big screen, with those violins playing... beautiful. Funeral / Rebuilding Serenity is also incrddible, especially because of its meaning. Brings a tear to my eye everytime I hear it.
