Firefly episodes on iTunes is supremely shiny news!

We definitely need to show support for this and purchase the episodes. Not sure if a one day mass buying thing is the best approach... might come off looking like a cult fan stunt. An ongoing, steadily building show of support would have a more solid resonance.

My suggestion is for everyone to just begin purchasing the episodes, don't worry about concentrating on a particular day for now. Start with the pilot "Serenity" so that it hits the sales charts the highest and gets noticed. We want new fans to get introduced to Firefly from the beginning.

Let's just keep the buying stream going so the episodes are always on the radar.

Hey, if folks want to do a big one day buying spree that's fine. I just want to make sure that the Firefly sales keep holding strong.

Perhaps we could do a progressive plan? Organize a start date with buying Serenity, then buy each episode in order over the next ensuing days.

That would keep Firefly on the radar, and also it's our way of reinforcing the order the shows should have been shown in originally!

Yesterday, "Serenity", the pilot, not the BDM, was ranked 55th on Itunes. Today it is ranked 56th. No other episodes made the top 100.

If we want to make a splash, best get started.

This was something i've been bugging Apple about for a long while (as well as many others, i'm sure)... it's a great way to introduce the BDS to all the folks of iPod nation....

This is a really good idea, iTunes may be the best way for us to promote Firefly, It's very accessible to the average "unconverted" and if we can get it in the top ten, at least a few people will watch one, and get hooked like we did......I actually think we ought to start a banner campaign promoting it.
