Has anyone, besides me, had trouble with this outlet? I placed an order about a month ago, received an incomplete order, and now I am unable to contact them. Several unanswered emails later, I thought i would ask you guys.... did i lose my cashy money?

I would at least like some information from these guys, but they're not talking (or answering emails anyway)

anyway, just a heads up before ordering from these guys......

they used to be one of the most reliable sites...
have you phoned them?

If you continue to have problems you might want to deal with Midtown comics in Manhattan: they will ship anywhere and they are a big long established comic book store (I've had good luck with them)

Hmm... I didn't have any trouble when I ordered from them, seemed I got my stuff in oh... little over a week or two? But that was about two months ago now, also...

During the pre-Serenity bonanza of products coming out, I sent at leats two emails to 258 (one via their website form, one via my own email program), asking for clarification about orders. I never got a reply to those emails and took my business elsewhere.

If you're looking for Serenity goods, I highly recommend poplollies.com. Absolute amazing service, didn't bat an eye when I revised orders or changed addresses. The best retailer for Serenity merch I've found.

thanks for the information...i'll keep trying to contact them, but i probably won't do business with em again.....however, i would really like the stuff i ordered - mainly, cause i've already been charged for it - and paid for it.....
