Firefly Cosume Auctions - Final Round!

The last of Shawna Trpcic's Firefly costume auctions are now up and running. Included are Inara's Ballgown, Inara's dress from Heart of Gold, both of Nandi's dresses, Gabriel Tab's suits, and several other costumes that would be *ideal* for the 2006 Browncoat Ball in San Francisco! :-)

Also included is the first of three authentic replica browncoats, made by Jonathan Logan, who made the original ones for the series. Yes, Jonathan does already do replicas on his own, but these three will also be aged by Shawna, the same way she aged the originals, including the addition of the sewn-up bullet hole in the shoulder. And, of course, they'll both sign the inside of the coat for you, if you like.

In the coming months, Shawna and her husband Joe will also be auctioning off a lot of antiques, non-Firefly movie memorobelia, and other shiny bits from their personal collection. Be sure to bookmark their ebay user page:

Also, if you do decide to buy any of the costumes to wear them to the 2006 Browncoat Ball in San Francisco, you'll have the added bonus of getting to see Shawna smile as her creations swish past. She and Joe are planning on being there to celebrate with the rest of us. Anyone who hasn't met them yet, trust me - it is impossible to meet them and not adore them. They're just that kind of folk. :)
