Philly area Browncoats - an update (finally)

We've been given the final go-ahead from the library director to do our Firefly/Serenity screenings. At this point we're still working out dates, but it looks like this will work best on Saturday evenings, probably starting in March. We're thinking about a 7 week period - not necessarily consecutive. We'd go from 6-9 PM, and show 3 episodes each week, wrapping it up with Serenity on the last week.

In the meantime, if I could once again get a response from anyone interested in attending, that would be great. We need a rough idea of numbers so we can figure out which space in the library is best and whether or not the library should have additional staff on hand. Also, if we weren't able to do it on Saturdays, would folks be able to come out on weeknights? The library is located in Telford, PA - http://www.ivpl.org - about 45-60 minutes outside Philly and accessible by public transportation.
