This might have been covered before, but if so I couldn't locate it: When would a fan observe Unification Day? Would it be on September 20th when "The Train Job" aired and U-Day was being observed or when the series was cancelled? (or put on permanent hiatus as Fox put it--December 12th or 13th if my research is correct.)

OTOH, if by celebrate you mean to say: lament, cry
and whail, then I'd go for Sept. 20th ;]

About a year ago a bunch of us decided that December 20th was U-day, since that's when the series pilot "Serenity" was finally aired, and the show was cancelled. Of course now it's also BDM day, the day the movie came out on DVD - kind of ironic!
