Silicon Gulch (aka, Silicon Valley) Browncoats, in conjunction with San Francisco Browncoats, are having a contest.

We know you’re excited about this weekend. We know you’re planning on going at least 12 times (Joss is Boss, right? Joss said 12 times...) But the real question is: how many people can you bring along with you? We’re trying to find the Browncoat who can get the most tickets sold on opening weekend [Sept. 29th - Oct 2nd).

Here’s how it is:
The person to send in the most ticket stubs dated between September 29th - October 2nd will win an official "gift pack" which will have an autograph card signed by all nine cast members and Joss Whedon, a Browncoat T-shirt and an official Serenity t-shirt, poster and baseball cap

Entries must be post marked no later than Wednesday, October 5th.

Please include with your stubs the following information: - Full Name - Contact Phone Number - Postal Address - e-mail (optional)

Entries to be sent to a PO Box to be announced.

All entries will be assessed and we are depending on the integrity of the Browncoats to keep this fair to all. This is a fan run contest and we trust that you won’t cheat - unlike our favorite band of petty thieves.

The fine print:
This competition is only open to residents of the United States. Minors under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian’s permission to enter. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Any entries postmarked after October 5th will not be considered. Winner will be announced on October 21st and will be contacted via e-mail/phone.

We reserve the right to publish the winner’s name and details of the competition entry. Prize has been donated by Universal Studios and may vary from what has been described. This competition is not managed by Universal Studios or its affiliates. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
