The Letter from Mal that's included in the PressKit of goodies from Fox seems to say...

Dear Friend,

It seems as though my crew and I
have once again found ourselves in a
heap of trouble. The Alliance has
recently become "interested" in our
every movement. So, we're flying
back out to the fringes of the
universe to lay low until the
heat wears off. As a fellow
Independent, I'm hoping you would
keep these items safe in case we run
into those nasty Reavers.

I'm much obliged for your
assisstance. Until we meet again,

There's also some Chinese calligraphy running up and down the left-hand side of the letter. As well as a Red-Stamp of calligraphy or a symbol just below "Serenity" at the end of the letter.

Does anyone have a better copy/scan of the letter or anything else from the Fox Promo-Kit (Serenity Schematics/ Scans of the crates' futuristic shipping and handling labels?) It would be nice to see and also to try and translate the Chinese.

I wonder if Joss or Tim or any of the series' writers actually penned the letter?
