I don't know... I think there's something quintessentially b*tchy about Agron that Buffy probably shouldn't have. Morris has demonstrated that she can pull off much of the Buffy vibe, and, as a professional dancer, has the physicality to do some of her own stunts and fighting.

As for Santana as Faith, since this is a reboot of the MOVIE, I doubt we'll see Faith (or Xander or Willow, for that matter). In fact, I could be mistaken, but I think the producers ONLY have rights to the movie, not the series, so that severely limit the supporting cast possibilities (with existing characters anyway).

They're just trying to draw attention to this up coming "Edsel", she and her show both have a huge fan base. Warner Brothers knows that w/o the blessing of Joss and the cast of the TV show and original movie it's going to be all up hill.

This'll be a reboot that's going to flop just like the "A-Team".

I'm not liking this 'revival of 1992 Buffy movie' business. I mean, that movie was... unseemly. Who exactly gave this one the greenlight? :stupid: It's a bad idea. A very, very bad idea.

I'm a little confused by the line:

So, is it going to be college Buffy? That actress looks like she'd be either high school or college Buffy. I guess they could go with 20 something just out of college Buffy but why? That just makes their job more difficult IMO. High school is a setting that makes the story just flow.

I never really thought about which young actress would take the reboot role. It will be interesting to follow.
