Online donation deadline: July 18!
Or in person: Comic-Con July 19-23, Table A11/A12 in the Exhibit Hall

The California Browncoats are running a big charity fundraiser benefiting Adam Baldwin's charity of choice: the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation (details below), and the list of over 200 prizes for the prize drawing crosses over many fandoms and 'verses.

Adam Baldwin has donated his own personal copy of the screenplay of the movie "Serenity", signed by all the BDHs (except Alan Tudyk whom Adam is chasing down for his autograph).

In addition to LOTS of 'verse merchandise and memorabilia, with many autographs involved, there are items of interest to fans of Stargate, Star Trek, the 4400, King King, Spiderman, Babylon 5, Veronica Mars, Hercules/Xena, and more!!!

You owe it to yourself to check out the extensive, long and deep list of prizes that will be given away in the California Browncoats Charity Fundraiser. See http://www.californiabrowncoats.org/CABC/prizelist.htm

So where can you get in on this? You need to donate soon online, or come see us at Comic-Con. Go to http://www.californiabrowncoats.org to learn more, and donate online through paypal (online donation deadline July 18 to be included in the drawing). You may also donate in person at the California Browncoats fan table at Comic-Con International in San Diego, CA (July 19-23). We'll be at table A11/A12 in the Exhibit Hall (same place as last year--far right, almost all the way back).

The drawing will be held as Comic-Con draws to a close, Sunday, 7/23, 1:30-3:30 pm in Room 24A. You do NOT need to be present to win!!! If your number is drawn, we will mail your prize to you.

The California Browncoats are raising money for Adam Baldwin's charity of choice: the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation. The primary focus of MC-LEF is providing college scholarships to the surviving children of fallen Marines and federal law enforcement officers, and certain other military personnel killed in the line of duty. They also provide medical and humanitarian aid--again focusing on children of Marines and federal law enforcement personnel. MC-LEF is rated 4-stars by Charity Navigator. For more info, see http://www.mclef.org

Adam Baldwin has generously donated his collection of autographed screenplays from Firefly and
Serenity (heavily signed by cast and crew) to jumpstart fundraising for MC-LEF. The 14 autographed Firefly screenplays will be auctioned individually on eBay starting just after Comic-Con (proceeds to MC-LEF). We will also auction Simon's medical disguise used early in "Serenity" during River's rescue (proceeds to Equality Now). Check in at http://www.californiabrowncoats.org to see details.

Please pass the word about this latest Browncoat fundraiser!

Thanks a lot! and Good Luck.
