"Kinky Boots", is one of the little movies that made Chewitel Ejifor a star in England is currently running on BBCA.

You get to see Chewitel in drag and singing (pretty good at both) but more importantly you see why he's such a good actor and why Joss chose him to be the Operative.

Chewitel's character thinks he's at peace with his choices in life but has to reevaluate them and also the owner of a shoe factory that's about to close has to reevaluate everything also. Particularly expectations from family and friends.

And the movie is more timely than ever with a lot of factories closing and old ways of doing business are changing. Sometimes it takes thinking out side of the proverbial box and finding a niche market, even if it is sexy boots and shoes for drag queens.
