For those of you old enough to remember "Men into Space" it is now available for viewing on YouTube thanks to Hionthemountain. There are 38 episodes in all. Man ventures into space to establish an orbiting spacestation and travel to the Moon, to establish a base there, and beyond.

For you younger people, you may want to know what we were watching before the original Star Trek series appeared. It wasn't all "Flash Gordon" or "Lost in Space".

the movie is not the Series. Only the facts have been changed, to irritate the innocent; the names of the actors and characters remain the same

Ooooh Sorry, I hada lightning strike last year about three feet from the window I was three feet from and I guess the residual energy made our ancient moniter pop, and took out the ceiling fan too... I commiserate

P.S. if you've never been THAT close to a live one it was like electic cotton candy at a million watts, wished I had it on video...
