The first one is a classic. If only the upcoming movie looks half as good.

The second one. . . Not so much.

Though I do like the thought of making it a 70s period piece (leaving room for the Green Lantern mythology to play out to the "present day," rather than ignoring John Stewart, Guy Gardner, and Kyle Rainer or having to reinvent them in quick succession).
