Anybody have an idea when season 2 will be released? The first season has been out for a while now hasn't it?

well, the uk version is up on play for pre-order with a release date of 09/08/2004 (thats an english date btw, not one of these foolhardy american date formats) and with season 1 the r1 boxset was released a while before r2, so it may be even sooner. mmmm, more shiri.

you can pre-order roswell second season on amazon.com. it is out oct 5 of this year.
they are slow in coming out with season 2.

They're not slow in coming out. I emailed Fox Studios and they replied back to me informaning me that 20th Century Fox releasing their DVD's at a substandard pace.

When a multiple season TV show gets released to DVD, and 20th Century Fox releases a particular one, they distribute the boxed sets six months from one another. I don't know why but that's just their policy. In April 2005 Season 3 should be released, again at that six month interval. The same that's being done with the Mash TV Series.
