Don't want to rain on any Serenity parade but I'm pretty sure that Serenity is only #1 in the SciFi category. If you note all the other DVD's listed are scifi. If you go to the left of the screen you can click on bestseller all category and then Serenity is not there.

Well, Just wait until the collector's edition comes out. Then maybe we can push that to #1.
