The Joss Whedon script for Serenity, where Wash lives, is Serenity-190pages.pdf at https://www.mediafire.com/two

The trailer feels similar to River being rescued from the evil neurologists by Simon. A raspy voice says, "Some Lives will always matter more than others," if you are Mila Kunis.

I read a preview review based on the trailer and the writer mentioned something similar regarding the Matrix Trilogy. The One, only as a woman, being rescued by a warrior-hero, the female is destined to save the world.

That might be so, but I get a slightly different vibe from this trailer. And after Cloud Atlas, I'm willing to give the Wachowskis a little leeway.

Sorry, but from how the trailer ended, it looked more like Jupiter DEscending and rapidly!

No more running. I aim to misbehave.

I'm willing to give it a chance.

I'll give it a chance - It LOOKs amazing... but is the story there? If the story isn't there the movie won't stand the test of time as we all know. So we'll see how well crafted the story is.
