There's rumors now that the new Flash movie might get axed too after Ezra Miller did some dumb shit and got himself arrested for the 3rd time this year.

It must have been as bad or worse than 'WW84' and 'Birds of Prey'. They say investors are out $90 mill, (depending on the source) but they and WB would've been out 3 or 4X that after trying to market (and other costs) a bomb. Fans are not going to throw $ at woke crap no matter how good the CGI is, plus when it does bomb the stars, the film makers and the access critics will blame the fans for it going KABOOM! This just throws more gas on the fire.

Example, the access critics gave 'Ghostbusters: Afterlife' so-so reviews, calling it 'fan service', IT'S SUPPOSE TO BE FAN SERVICE YOU BUTT SNIFFERS!! When the fans trashed 'STAR WARS episode 8', the douchebags at Lucus film AND many access critics attacked the fans, this IMHO was the beginning of the end. Fans of STAR WARS, Star Trek, Dr. Who, and the latest Marvel and DC flicks and TV shows have been pushed away and the powers that be in the entertainment biz are blaming the fans for their flops, they're making films and TV shows for an audience that have no interest in these types of films and TV shows, damage done.

Well I just did now, since you asked.

Except for the #HBOMaxJustCancelled hashtag and jokes, there wasn't anything in there that I hadn't heard yet. In fact, it left quite a bit out.

I'm not sure what the biggest shame of the Batgirl cancellation is though. The fact that this will not be the Brendan Frazer comeback that a lot of people have been waiting a long time for, or the fact that the entire idea of setting this up as the Universe where Michael Keaton's Batman was going to come back for a 3 movie arc is now being shitcanned and they're going back to woke turd Ben Affleck's horrible portrayal of Batman for now.

It's too bad that the movie was so bad that people in charge of axing it have referred to it as "intolerably woke".

But that's also the great news at the same time. Everybody is figuring out that Woke is a bad business decision, just like I've been cataloging in one of the other threads.

Thank Joe Biden* and his cancerous administration for this. Democrat social agendas only thrive when everybody has money and can afford to pretend that it isn't ruining everything.

I'm still hoping some disgruntled pink haired weirdo leaks the full movie out so I can see with my own eyes the $90 Million completed movie that was so freakin' bad that the studio decided the good money move was to bury it and make sure nobody but the test screeners ever see it.
