That's not the type of map he means.

CS:S is Counter Strike: Source. That and Garry's mod are 3D First Person Shooter games (very loosely a 'game' in the case of Garry's mod).
By map he means basically a 3D level that can be loaded into one of these programs and wandered around/played in.

I assume you've searched the main GMod sites and then done general searches and found nothing.
There were a couple of WIP maps a long while ago for one of the game engines, Unreal I think, and there is a thread on this site somewhere about them, but to my knowledge they were never finished.
You may very well be out of luck but my suggestion if you haven't done it is to go onto the GMod and CS forums and ask around there.
