You didn't see it on your High-Def Collector's Edition?
If you watch the River Tam Sessions all the way to the end, and then immediately (took me 10 seconds to start) watch Serenity all the way through (including credits & another 5 minutes or so of blank space after that), you're returned to a menu that looks alot like the standard one, but now The River Tam Sessions play the Chrismas Special.
Really.
If it doesn't work for you, you'll need to find a way to revert all of the firmware upgrades and anti-virus stuff (changing directory pointers is recognized as a viral trigger).
Maybe it only works on a Mac...
