KNTR Auction

Do we have a treat for all Frank Beddor fans! Kids Need to Read is thrilled to have Frank join our foundation. This week, we are auctioning a special Looking Glass Wars package generously donated by Frank at http://community.kidsneedtoread.org/?p=110.

This set would be a magical prize with just the first item – a hardcover copy of The Looking Glass Wars, signed by the author. Nevertheless, there is so much more! This is a treasure trove for your teen reader! In addition to the keepsake book, the package includes Seeing Redd and Hatter M bookmarks, a complete set of Cardsoldier War stickers, a Cardsoldier War postcard, and a Looking Glass Wars removable tattoo.

As always, 100% of the proceeds from this auction will go to purchasing books for schools and libraries through the Kids Need To Read program, founded by author PJ Haarsma and actor Nathan Fillion.

FOLLOWMAL

Our first author auction was a resounding success! Kids Need to Read
is happy to announce that Paula will soon be receiving her box of
literary goodies from Frank Beddor, author of The Looking Glass Wars
series. Paula’s donation of $110.00 was the winning bid in the 13th
Kids Need to Read Charity Auction, which concluded on Wednesday,
December 5th, 2007 at 10pm EST.

100% of the money raised in these auctions is used to buy books for
schools and libraries in need. Kids Need to Read would like to thank
Frank Beddor for so generously giving to the project. We would also
like to thank everyone who has participated in our auctions -- your
support has raised over $1,500.00!
